TakeMyKeys.com (“we,” “us”) is operated by Digital Insight LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, property address, and the answers you provide in our questionnaire (reason for selling, property type, timeline, occupancy, mortgage payment history, estimated value, and whether you want agent contact).
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, the page you landed on, and click identifiers passed by advertising platforms (such as
gclidandfbclid). - Consent records. We capture a third-party certification of your form session (TrustedForm) to document the consent you gave and when you gave it.
How we use it
- To match you with home buyers and, if you requested it, a licensed real estate agent.
- To transmit your request to those matched parties so they can contact you.
- To respond to you, keep records of consent, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To measure which advertising and pages actually produce completed requests.
Who we share it with
When you submit the form, we share the information you provided with up to four (4) buyers, agents, or lead marketplaces, and with parties acting on their behalf. Once shared, those parties handle your information under their own privacy policies, and their use of it is not controlled by us. We also use service providers (hosting, analytics, consent certification, messaging) that process data on our behalf under contract.
We do not sell your information to unrelated bulk email or bulk SMS list brokers.
Your choices
- Stop calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text, or tell the caller to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. Because your information has been shared with multiple parties, you may need to tell each one.
- Access or delete. Email privacy@takemykeys.com to request a copy of what we hold about you or ask us to delete it. We respond within 45 days.
- California residents. See our CCPA notice for additional rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use browser storage to remember your advertising click identifiers across the questionnaire so conversions are attributed correctly, and we may use analytics and advertising pixels. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the form may not work correctly.
Data retention and security
We retain submitted requests and consent records for as long as needed for legal and record-keeping purposes, generally at least five years, consistent with telemarketing recordkeeping requirements. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
